As we look ahead to the next 20–30 years, we must secure a sustainable way to keep that promise alive. The Grace for Generations capital campaign is our answer: a mission-centered, financially responsible plan that turns celebrations into opportunity.

Grace for Generations is a $12 million capital campaign that will provide a high-quality event venue generating consistent and diversified revenue, while creating meaningful vocational opportunities for Citizens in hospitality and operations.
Funding will support:
- Chapel & Event Center for 300 guests
- Dining and Gathering Spaces
- Bride’s Cottage
- Site Development designed with hospitality, beauty, and inclusion at the forefront.
We have the land. We know the demand: weddings are a profitable industry, and there are few venues at accessible price points that align with our values. By thoughtfully designing spaces that serve both sacred and social life, every celebration becomes revenue that directly supports Grace Place. Net proceeds from events will directly offset the ongoing cost of care and ensure that Grace Place remains financially sustainable and affordable for generations.
While residential homes provide the foundation for daily living, the Chapel and Events Center are what make the community whole. Without this essentialpiece, Grace place would not be the fully integrated, enduring community it is designed to be.

We are also building a model others can replicate. Through the Chapel and Events Center, we will demonstrate a sustainable residential model that inspires and equips communities across the nation to build places where thousands of adults with special needs can flourish.
